Simply click on "Consult" or "Message" to get in touch with a therapist. And make sure to maintain a sufficient balance before contacting the therapist.

How do I find out which therapists are currently available?

You can determine if the therapist is available by looking at the tag on the therapist's profile picture that displays their status. An therapist with an "online" label is available to accept chat requests. An therapist with a "busy" label is currently chatting with another user. A therapist with an "offline" label is not available to take your chat request. However, you can send a reminder message to therapists who are busy or offline, and the system will notify you when the therapist becomes available.

How can I find all the therapists?

Our therapists are very compassionate and highly experienced, with a life purpose of helping people. To find an therapist that is right for you, you can browse through the available therapists list on the therapists page. You can use the filter tags at the top to see therapists who specialize in different areas. We guarantee you will find the most suitable therapist for you. To find out more about the therapists, just tap on their image to see their profiles.

How should I end the consultation?

If you want to end the chat with the therapist, you can simply click on the "End Call" button located at the top right corner of the chat interface during the reading.

How is consultation with therapists billed?

Once your initiated chat request is successfully accepted by the therapist, you will enter the chat interface with them. Billing begins by the minute once the chat interface displays "Chat Started". Each therapist has a different per-minute rate. When you click the end chat button, the system will terminate the chat and stop billing. If your balance is insufficient during the chat, the system will pause the chat and prompt you to recharge. Recharging promptly allows you to continue the chat session.

How long can I communicate with a therapist using my coins?

Each therapist has different rates, and generally, the minimum charge is 20 coins per minute.

How do I check my balance during consultation?

During the consultation, your current balance is displayed in real-time at the top right corner of the chat page.

Can I recharge during the chat process?

You can click on the balance display button to recharge. During your recharge process, billing will be paused, and once the recharge is completed and you return to the chat interface, the chat will resume.

How long can my consultation be?

It all depends on the number and complexity of the questions and areas of life you would like to review. The duration of your chat depends on whether your account balance is sufficient. If your account balance becomes insufficient during the chat, you can choose to recharge with the package that best suits you to continue the conversation.  You can chat as many times as you want, given you have sufficient funds on your balance.

Is there an age limit for using Lifelog?

You are eligible if you're 18+. By signing up for the Lifelog app, you confirm that you are 18 or above and you take full responsibility for any perjury.

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, Lifelog charges payments only via Apple App Store in-app purchase system. If your payment method can be added to those platforms, has sufficient funds, and has no payment limitations set up, the purchase should be successfully processed. You may contact your payment method provider to find out about any existing limitations and how to add it to Apple payment systems.

Can I cancel the consultation request I sent or end the ongoing conversation?

Yes, you are totally free to do so. You can click the hang-up button to cancel the connection while waiting for the therapist to connect, and you can also click the hang-up button to end the conversation during the chat.

How to have a great consultation

When talking with an online therapist on Lifelog, you are encouraged to open yourself up - it's an absolute must for any successful consultation. Not to mention that when you're not meeting someone in person, they are less apt to pick up on your body language, what you're wearing, etc. If you're worried about which one offers a better result, you can relax. You do not  need to meet in person to receive a proper consultation. A talented and experienced therapist can work with you no matter where in the world you're residing.

What if I’m not satisfied with the consultation?
